(SYNOS CORP has an opening in Newark, DE) Controller: Monitor cash flow and reserve levels to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Prepare financial statements, financial forecasts, budgets, and business reports. Develop internal protocols for budget administration, accounting, and cash/credit management. Analyze needs for funds procurement and optimize utilization of surpluses. Analyze company operations to identify opportunities for efficiency and better financial positioning. Audit accounts and transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and law. Advise the company on near- and long-term financial strategies and goals. Administer insurance and benefit programs in accordance with current policies and regulations. Perform tax planning and preparation work. Visit manufacturing facilities to understand production processes, cost structures, and operational workflows. Requires Masters in Accounting, Finance, or related and 1 year experience. 1 year must include experience with: (1) collecting and analyzing client’s financial information; (2) compiling financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, statement of cash flow and related schedules); and (3) preparing/reviewing corporate, partnership, individual tax filings.
